Can we get new ability icons for Volibear and maybe a new base splash art aswell?

Looks wise Volibear feels so outdated, He came out on 2011, and his kit has stayed relatively good across all seasons. But I can't help but feels he looks rather... underwhelming, his ability icons look like they were made on paint and they probably were. I don't think It's crazy to say the bear needs a new base splash art and new ability icons. Thank you.
