Why punish for accidental closing of the client?

IF someone accidentally closes a client, why does it automatically give them a 5 minute CD on queuing. I think that punishing a mistake is kind of silly especially since it could've been avoided with like a 20 second grace period.... 5 minutes isn't that big of a deal, but it's still annoying and a punishment. I think anyone who purposefully exits the client(someone who doesn't log back on within X amount of time) should get a CD instead, and the CD should be much longer to really punish it.

I don't think there is as much people who accidentally close the client than those who intentionally dodge a game.

At the end of the day, your teammates played with an AFK. That's why it's there. It doesn't matter how it happened.
