I can't open my store in game. Riot please help!!!!!

For the past month I haven't been able to open my store in game at all. I've tried everything including uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried pressing P in game. Not to mention because of this I am in so deep into the treacherous timers of the lower priority Que. Riot please for the love of God help!!!!!! I haven't been able to play and I'm considering just quitting.
