gets banned from queuing after an hour long queue

So basically i was in queue for an ARAM and i have waited for an hour without a single queue pop. After being annoyed at that, I reset queue and no i am banned from playing for 10 minutes... What are you doing RITO? Fix your game please.

ARAM queue isn't working for me either, ive been in it in two separate 15 minute sessions and nothing so far..

oh good now im locked out for 15 minutes because it thinks I "left during champion select" yeyyy
