Looking to join/form a Ranked 5 team....no idea where to start!

I play a lot of ranked solo queue, and would love to have a group of people who like ranked as much as I do. I don't know where to start looking for team mates! I want people who like to play, like to win, and are friendly and supportive. I think those qualities make for good team mates, with potential to do well. Any ideas where to start?

The place I'd recommend, though, is in-game. Play a ranked game with someone you enjoyed playing with? Add them and ask them if they'd be interested in a ranked 5's team! Rinse and repeat until you have enough people who are willing and able to play on a regular basis.

I'm a fan of this method because you know what people are like in the game before you add them. Sure, somebody might be nice on the forums, but once they get in game, the pressure might turn them into a rager, etc.
