Riot i see that a lot of people have already posted the same thing, but i just thought i might also put my suggestion down.. Gifting champs with IP and RP seems like a great idea, some players believe that this would be a good idea and others believe that it wont be. if any other players believe that this is a good or bad idea leave a comment and up this post so that Riot can see both the good and bad sides of it :D I hope everyone gets involved and enjoy league ^_^
Yeah sure, I have friends with literally thousands of IP and nothing to spend it on and it would be cool if they did this. Although riot probe won't because they want the moneys. (which is ok, they are a business)

It would be nice and I'm all for it! If we can buy champions with ip/rp we should be able to gift it as well. Especially for me. I like to gift a lot, and I bought all the runes I need at the moment yet I have a lot of unspent IP which I usually just get the next champ with. Would be nice to gift a champion to friends. And if anything I agree that they should limit it to maybe 2-3 along with the 5 per day.
