No Self Gifting for Sugar Rush?

Just wish Riot would enable it for this weekend to help out players who do not have friends to trade gifts. I have 1500 rp that i planned to spend of self gifting but just realized that it wasn't included on Sugar Rush.

Are they not going to let us self gift? My friends are cool but they don't wanna gift me any. they'd rather spend there RP it icons and ward skins. I want a crack at the double legendarys too.
