been working so hard to reach 30 so i can play ranked had no problems 1st ranked game: supp goes afk. 2nd ranked game: supp goes afk. 3rd ranked game: supp goes afk. like wtf these are my promos and im getting fucked by these stupid people trying to play ranked with a crappy connection... why should my rank determination be decided by these people?

Because there is no way to predict when someone will go afk, feed, troll, or be toxic. Thus there is nothing Riot can put into the game to stop it.
