Anyone else think the new reporting system sucks?

You gripe at someone for standing in the corner who obviously on the phone or high or whatever during a fight, and you get in trouble. Three man team blames you for everything and all report you, so you get a notice of how bad your behavior is. Come on League. I already have a mom. You are encouraging more trolls with the new system. You can do whatever you want including abandoning your team and playing on your phone in game etc as long as you have someone with you and complain against a solo player. It's ridiculous. In the last few days, I have noticed that no one talks anymore. Games are boring. It is all quiet because no one wants to get reported. Or worse, banned with no explanation of what happened... ever. I play league for the interaction and the game. Many people do. Your new "lower toxicity" initiative sucks. I think LOL should expect a huge drop of players as long as LOL plays the role of overprotective punitive parent.
