How to fix Que

Can we please fix the Que for solo. I mean its good for duo but if you play solo like me, and only have top/adc rune and only wanna play one role , you wont be able to go into QUE unless you pick two role. Please allowed only one selection of role you wanna play in order to be able to Q up thnx!
