It seems that if I'm a bad guy once, I can't have any chest... Is it true?

Actually I had some Leaverbuster (I had to leave a ranked for an IRL urgence) and I played the 5 games with the 20 minutes to wait. There's no problem with that actually. The thing is that when I have to win chests, (when I get S rank or someone in my premade team etc...) they just say to me something like "Because U were a bad guy who acted real bad, U can't get a chest m8." . So I'd like ta know when can I start winning chests again: I played around 15 ranked until I was punished, and I'd like to know if U can start getting some chests after [insert number] games or if I can start getting 'em when the new update will be out. I just hope I won't have ta wait 'till S7 D: ! Thanks to help me !
