Ban Not Lifted

I was banned on July 1 2015 for 14 days. I received the email at 4:24 PM EST. It is now 7:18 PM EST and I am still not unbanned. Is this typical. Should I contact riot to find out what the issue is?

Submitting a Support Ticket may be useful. Meanwhile, check back on it now and then.
