Rewards for Choosing "Fill"?

Hey everyone,

I was thinking it might be a good idea to give people rewards based on the number of times they choose "fill" when they pick a position for ranked. Matching two equally able teams is difficult and I don't really know how the matching system works but it seems like this would make it an easier process. For example, if a player chooses the fill position fifteen times then he gets a small reward such as a skin shard or a bit of IP.

Just a suggestion.
