Can we get some level caps to parties???

I normally don't post on the forums and I am sure others have commented about this topic before, but they need level brackets in this game. By that I mean level 1-19, 20-29, and then last 30. I don't see why they can't do this or chose not to. People might say they are playing with friends well if that's the case make a new account the game is free not like you are dishing out money unless you are buying skins. Getting tired of playing games where champions with their full tree and ruins come in and almost two shot someone that is 10-20. in the first 2 minutes of the game. Maybe I am the only one that feels this way, but when you can't quit unless you get ban they force people to stay and get pwnd for at lease 20 minutes before they can even surrender. I don't know I guess comment and let me know what you guys think about this and if anyone is going to be an A-hole don't expect a comment back from me.
