Thats totally the riot thing to do. Why individually ban players and save others from tilt,toxicity and loss of lp? Oh wait because riot gives 0 FUCKS about YOU the player.

Nope just let this guy elo boost his duo when he is playing on a botted account anyways so that its basically free for them to get away with. Then only ban them when they are high elo and the damage is done and so as many people as possible can get screwed over!! The riot way everyone!
