Why tell everyone that maintenance will be 12 hours long then change the time? Now you guys are going with the vague "within an hour OR SO". What does that even mean? Give us an answer, is it going to be an hour more or a dozen more? because an hour or so could really mean anything. Why is it that every other server is up except for NA? So upset that its already 9:03pm Eastern and it's still not up. Do other country's servers get priority over NA servers? I would really like some answers...... because this being 6 hours late on a deadline that you gave the public is very disappointing I mean personally I like the whole Under promise, Over preform motto, but it seems you guys do the opposite, often.

Just Venting.

lol well I'm just venting and am entitled to my opinion just like you are to yours. And the point I was getting at is don't give a time frame and then not deliver... 3 times...... did you not read the end of my post? Under Promise Over Perform, it's much better than outright bullshitting the community. "be up and running within 12 hours, no wait 15 hours, no wait 18 hours.... ya know what (jerking off motion while making fart noises with mouth) it'll be ready by..... what time are you not going to be able to play? Yeah that's when MUAHAHAHAHaHAH"

NA servers are the only ones undergoing preseason maintenance, that is why the others are up and NA is down. Even if it was down 2 days is it really that big of a deal, at least we are not being charged monthly and not being able to play.

I'm upset with the outright bullshitting on timeframes.... if your not going to be ready by when you say you are take it down for however long it takes and tell the public that it will be up when its up... dont give a fake timeframe so that people wait patiently for and it never comes

If the verb "bullshit" means "to intentionally mislead or deceive," then I don't really see how Riot has bullshitted anything. Unless you can somehow demonstrate that they knew ahead of time that the maintenance would require more than 12 hours (and I doubt you can, because I doubt they did), then they didn't bullshit us. They screwed up their estimates.

And y'know, it happens. To basically every company ever. It's really not a big deal. Disappointing? Sure. But not a big deal.

i meant bullshitting in the fact that they are misleading everyone. like i said man if they didn't expect it to take this long and screwed up their estimates the first go then w.e. they didn't have to fail again by telling everyone 2 more BS timeframes. They should have just said "Hey don't wait around it's gunna take awhile" instead of missing every deadline they themselves gave.

lol seems like another douchebag that came on here to flame someone for their opinion. its not dramatic you little turd they did mislead people on their timeframes, there's no other perspective than that. Any other perspective would just be naive. They said it would be ready at a certain time, then it wasn't. They change the timeframe for completion and don't meet that deadline either, THEN THEY DO IT AGAIN until they say "hey screw em, it'll be ready in an hour OR SO. lol completely vague.
