So does rito do something about hackers or does some1 know how to get back an acc. My friend lost acc and he doesn't know how to get it back. Can any1 help pls?

They are busy banning the toxic players. Hackers, feeders and ADC Oriannas come later.

He should send a support ticket: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us Make him explain the situation and they should be able to help.

Riot doesn't even care about hackers and they can recover your account, you just need to go to the support page.
