Need people to queue with (I'm level 22)

So I have been playing solo queue for a long time, and I have come to the conclusion that it is completely cancerous.. I always do good(atleast have an even K/D) and some times I have 15+ kills and less deaths, but since my team is full of feeders, I lose. Since I am not that much of a pro in this game, I can't carry games, so what I am saying here is that I need some people that I can add who can play with me. (Just regular normal draft matches, not asking for people to carry me, but I just want people who know what to do to add me). I am lvl 22 so I would prefer people who are around the same level to add me.
