RP/IP exchange
You have 200 RP and you can't spend them at all? Riot can create a place where you can exchange your RP into IP. It would be so nice because we alway have some useless RP and we alway need some IP

I'm not a big fan of the idea unless it is severely limited; there is a reason runes can only be bought with IP, and that is so the game doesn't give an unfair advantage to people who are willing and able to spend money on the game.
That's a good idea, actually. I doubt they would ever do the reverse though (IP into RP). Gotta make the $$$.

I totally agree because everyone always has that amount of RP that they cannot spend, so the RP is just hanging there dead. It would be nice to be able to transfer the unusable RP for something useful, like IP.
I like the idea of an RP to IP exchange, but it should only work a few times a year in small quantities. Or just like the refund system, 3 times at most or something.
yea i agree on that cause everytime i finsh buying skin about 300RPleft i have to wait for 520rp skin 50%off i jsut wanna get that into IP then buy some new rune
i concur with riuki05 i took it upon myself sometime back when they wanted ideas for the new patch and i suggested a way to exchange rp for ip and have some sort of credit system implemented so if we dont want ip we can cash all our ip and/or rp in for credits meaning like 200 rp for say 2000 ip or 20,000 ip for 1 credit being 1 credit good for say any champion skin 800 rp and under but my idea was ignored thus far we need to speak louder i think. if they did this they would get way more activity on the servers and a ton more new summoners.
