Which Too Chose!!!!!!!! LUCIAN OR THRESH!!!!!!

Depends on the situation. If you need a chaser and a lot of burst damage, you would choose Lucian due to his passive, E, and ult. He's also a damn fine ADC and go go Blucian IF you do it right. If you need a lockdown/peeler support, you would choose Thresh, because of his lantern, Q and E. He can also hold people with his ult.

So really, it depeds entirely on the situation. If there's an instance where you should be Lucian, you don't choose Thresh.
