Other than that, I find 's active ultimate to be a total let down next to the rest of his kit.

Kindred isn't that bad. I think it's a far better ult than say Bard. At least with Kindred you can still do stuff in the Ult. The key to the ult is making it so you land it to only your teammates and make it difficult for the enemy to get in!

Sure the base damage is doubled against champions, but it really just feels like a normal basic ability.

Useless is really a strong term, depends in a lot of contexts.

To me is or . the first one is powerful, but so ill-placed that makes it awkward. The latter is really strong but is barely a tool for Singed, and hardly allows him to put plays on.
