New punishment system encouraging people to report leading enemy players

Hello guys, I'm sure by now every one knows about the new punishment that negative behaviour players are going to receive at the end of the season. As a good boy :3 you never got banned for your enthusiasm and encouragement in game so of course you wont care, as for the negative players, they learn their lessen and hopefully have a improvement in the future. However today I find out a side affect to this system. During my solo q adventure, I had a nice win streak and each game I had the leading kda on my team, so finally, after I got lucky and won a game having twice the gold then most of the enemy players, I got a warning because someone reported me for "negative behaviour". I am sure that this came from the enemy team since I don't talk much during games, and the worst I did was a little bm after dancing to a enemy dying to ignite. So in conclusion, I think this new punishment for player behaviour is hurting some innocent players just because the enemy team thinks he should be "punished" for losing his game. So in the end do riot reviews these games or these players get punished and get their ranked awards taken away?

They probably reported you for that bm. Some people dont take kindly to people gloating or taunting them like that.
For instance, wouldn't you be upset if the enemy garen kept taunting you in the middle of the minion wave every time you failed to kill him and now get to watch his health tick back up?

So far the report system seems to working fine in most regards, its still crap at dealing with afk and feeders tho. But it seems to handle language problems and the like just fine, considering it will take multiple reports from separate games for any negative behavior infraction to do anything.
