Where to report cheating / scripting?

I just played a 3v3 game where two players on either team were obviously playing with a script. They would just run into the other base repeatedly, AA minions while me and the other guy killed them repeatedly... skill shots were randomly sent out at nothing. I assume it had to do with refer a friend.

I reported in game, but with tribunal down, and no cheating / botting option when reporting, I feel like there's probably somewhere else I should be reporting it for riot to be able to act on the accounts.
