Firmer Punishment for AFK / DC

I can deal with new players, or kids who maybe aren't as advanced as ohters. However what there is simply no excuse for is AFK and Disconnects. I understand sometimes things happen and the power goes out or whatnot. But out of the 5 games ive played today, 3 of them were lost due to someone leaving the game either from the very start, or within the first 5 minutes.

They can get away with this. You say "leaverbuster" takes care of that but I do not believe that. Reporting them does nothing despite what you tell the community because I keep track of some of these AFKers and they are still online, with not even a slap on the wrist.

I like league I really do, but with the upcoming competition of Blizzards "Heroes of the Storm", issues like this better get addressed quickly. Its not fair, its not fun, and quite frankly it makes me want to quit playing altogether.
