Headset for Lenovo

I have a Lenovo ThinkPad and am looking to get a headset to use one skype, hangouts, ect. But my laptop only has the single audio/mic port. Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent headset that is compatible with a Lenovo ThinkPad? Thanks
