A New Refund System

We've all made mistakes before about buying champions that we don't like playing. For me I've bought a total of 50 and only play 5 of them and main 2. Now that I think of it I should've probably saved it for runes that's why I wish there was a Refund System for this kind of situation even if it was for a penalty of 50% IP back. I'll let you guys decide the refund ratio but you get the idea. Please consider sharing your opinion in a comment. Thank you for your time. 🙂
