As you can tell from my name, im really salty with where the placement matches put people. I went 5/5 in my placements and got put in bronze V. My friend went 5/5, got silver III. I would now like to state that I am 244/229 (51.9% win rate) in ranked currently, having climbed from Bronze V to silver V, he is 5/10, (33.333% win rate) but yet he is still 2 divisions above me. Another example, another friend is 3/18, silver V same as me. And another, 4/22, same division. I play with these people often, and always end up doing the best of the team. So could the dankest of memes bribe the riot team to fix their game in terms of placement?

I hope you can understand why I'm more salty than TSM's fanbase when Dyrus left. Every time someone ignores this post, Teemo gets a Pentakill. Don't feed Teemo.

i agree, but to be honest there is no way around this. I think the only way to fix it would be so you had to place somewhere in bronze out of provisionals but...

Your placement probably has to do with how you did in the previous 2 seasons. Each season is a "soft" reset on your rank - not a fresh start. The fact that you've climbed and are slowly but surely improving your rank is a positive thing though. I doubt your friend will be staying in that rank with a consistent 33% win rate. Good luck!
