The Afks in ranked matches

In the most recent games of league of legends while i was playing ranked we are doing very well and then around half way through the game someone decides to afk or disconnect from the game i think if something like this happens and you lose you should at least lose a little less Lp to make this a little fair for the teammates that have to suffer through out the game.
