For Halloween

For Halloween, we should have a huge event... but a very scary one.. kind of on the same level of scary of the movies Halloween, friday the 13th, nightmare on elm street, Scream. Now of course to some people some of these or all of these may not seem scary but to alot of people they do seem scary. Maybe let it be a game mode like... on summoners rift.. every... 10 mins in the game it gets dark and you can't see anything kind of like nocturne ult but just fully dark no light anywhere. Until a few seconds later an enemy will pop up not any players but an AI of either a new character like something like a jungle camp but not apart of the jungle camp just something scary to use that is kind of beefed up to dragon level perhaps and the scary AI pops up on both teams so... Meaning that when it darkness has come upon the rift... two scary characters will pop up one for both teams and they will target one champion((player)) on that team and it will light up around them in a limited size circle where the player can see themselves and the scary character but even when that light pops up no one can see it on the mini map at all and if the player wants help (( which will)) they have to communicate with their team and tell them by typing or if using voice comms where they are at. The scary character choosing to pop up at a player is random and every 10 mins in the game they will pop up no matter what you are doing. I think this will create excitement and make the players heart beat fast, while wondering who is gonna be the one where the scary character shows up to. Also promotes teamwork and what not and bringing friends together.
