High Elo Spectator Mode

I really loved being able to spectate high elo players when I didn't feel like playing a full game. I think this was a great feature that a lot of people probably used. There was enough space already for other misc things such as player spotlights/podcasts/fan art, etc.

Is it coming back? I see a post from 11 months ago saying it was gone temporarily but it's been gone for a long time now.
