Hi, I'm a pretty low level but I've had an account for a good chunk of last year. I quit playing a ton but I still played on occasion. Am I eligible for a mystery gift? In addition, i was a bit low on champions until today. I now have at least 10 skins I could get, but since I just got the champs, does this make me uneligible?

How many champs did you own prior to today? Rather which champs?
It's going to take them awhile to get all the skins out and if it's already been through your account, then they might loop back through, so I imagine you're still in the clear. Worst case scenario you send in a support ticket next week if you haven't gotten it by then.
From my personal experience, I can tell you that writting "Suck my @#% o you can shut the %#@ up" whenever someone complains on you playing poorly with a random free aram champion, makes you ineligible for the prize. That much I know.
