Hey guys, I just created a youtube channel and I'm wondering if I can use Riot's league of legends' logos in my thumbnails and videos. I read in the Jibber Jabber that you need permission from Riot to do this.
Sona Ping2 votesCheck the Jibber Jabber for specific information on requesting that, if that is your intent.
Beamitx1 votesThanks so much. It doesn't say specifically how to ask Riot though? And do you need permission to use pictures from League (Logos, champions, etc) in your thumbnail picture and video?
Sona Ping1 votesAre you being ironic? The thing is, the places to look for that I would use to look are the same places you would look.
Anyways, "need" is a legal question. So that is that. But as they wrote, Riot does say that they reserve their rights to their property, which includes the logos.
Beamitx1 votesSorry I wasn't trying to be ironic. So do I just email Riot and ask them?
