I know I'm low silver. I know losing happens. I know people use smurf accounts. But after one match....one match with the new

So if you some how managed to live pass the onslaught of stuns and burst, and finally kill the thing, it's back up! I'm also going to be honest, my main is 
. I know he is immobile and this will happen a lot; that's why I roam and help other lanes, but late game it's just useless. All I would like to see change with her is either :

Her shield does NOT give her a stack for her stun.

Stacks for her stun can only be added if a skill hits an enemy champion or kills a minion. (One stack per cast, Shield still adds a stack.)

Tibbers cooldown starts when he is defeated.
I know this is just a vent but I've just never felt this annoyed that someone can just do this and be powerless to stop it.
