When will the Team Builder Icons be distributed?

Team Builder is gone now. Ever since late November you couldn't get the role specific Team Builder Icons (Assassin, Mage, Support, Marksman, Tank, Fighter) due to an issue. Here, Riot said that if you played 5 games with a role from November until the removal of Team Builder that you will still get those icons because they are able to track if you played enough games with a role to get the icon. For example, I already have 4 icons earned but I'm missing the Mage and Tank icons, but I played 5 games as a Mage and 5 as a Tank but due to an issue I didn't get them. So my question is: When will the Team Builder Icons be distributed for the roles that we played 5 or more games with?
