What are the Tier Percentiles?
Back in the good old S1 days silver meant top 10%, gold 3%, plat 0.2%. What are they now?

Though the system is a tad misleading, since you have to be s5 mmr to drop out of g5. G5 to drop out of p5 ect. I would say about half of of each _5 section is actually plays at the level below but spiked into a division higher.
