People who start out trying to lose should be perma banned

Like if you say nothing all champ select and then lock in a jungler as mid with smite and never say anything that to me deserves a perma or just instant 2 weeks because you are going into the game deliberately trying to lose in ranked or just have no regard for the game. I dont see it too much but the players who do it are mentally ill and need a break.
