Please be harsher on normal games.
People are taking normal games like custom games and leaving/AFKing without a care. Like in this game this graves is AFKing, while active, because of "troll" supports. Make leaves/AFK more serious

Yes nobody takes Normal Games serious when a lot of people use these for Practice. Primarily Draft needs to be toughened up a little. Too many of us use Draft for practice and it is treated stupidly, random bans and troll lanes. Loads of feeding and AFKing.
I do understand Tribunals are down but as always, I do not think that punishments are severe enough. 
Another person AFKed in normal because we didn't surrender. This is getting ridiculous.
Ranked is more important than normals so it only makes sense that ranked would be taken more serious with harsher punishments.
