can the gradng system also grade you on who you laned vs.

i mean if you only get 40 cs in 15 minutes cuz you laned vs singed, teemo or quinn... i had 80 cs in 23 minute surrender game as shen vs singed where i went 4-1-11 didnt cs cuz of ults and tp's down bot plus its singed... walk up to cs flip and poison till tower..where i also took 3 towers... it should really take in consideration on other things besides cs and kda... i even took 3 towers, most on team
