Contest suggestion

As of last champion release (Azir) we have a 3:121 (1:40.33) maps to champions ratio. With that said wouldn't it be awesome for Riot to host a Maps Layout Contest? Riot defines the basics for layouts such as "x" vs "x" map and so forth. Users creates their own map layouts with detail and submits them. then community votes on them. 1st place gets their map actually made + what ever 2nd and 3rd place gets. 2nd place gets "X" (e.g skin+"x" rp/ip) + what ever 3rd gets. 3rd place gets "x" (e.g summoner icon)
