Dear RIOT

why this system for ranked?

is it Successful system ?

u plan to change season 3 system because he big failing system ?

what u plan to do with preseason ranked games (make the bronze V & IV summoners loss more games with bad teams ever in the server & after that u make bronze one play again in bronze tear in new season 4 because he loss to much games already .

in this bad ranked system in season 3

{{summoner:2}} i saw summoners play more then 1400 ranked games Stuck in bronze !!!

{{summoner:2}} i saw summoners win more then 700 ranked games Stuck in bronze division 2 !!!

{{summoner:2}} i saw summoners win less then 130 ranked games in diamond !!!

i play 265 ranked games tell now (win 116 - loss 149 ) i saw troll summoners & AFK summoners in more then 40% of my games so i stuck in bronze division 4.

i play games in bronze 4 with summoner playing 13 normal games & 3 ranked games only (Of course loss this game after he feed & go AFK ) !!!!

****( my main is support & my KDA is 3.8 / 4.8 /10.1 ) so i think I'm not bad as support

so RIOT what can u do .....

for me & for Thousands summoners A lot of them good enough to Deserve flaying out of bronze Cage {{summoner:10}}

i played more than 650 match's ranked but i lost first 6 match's then i see my self in bronze 4 and i try to win

play and go to bronze one and back again to bronze five too many new players play VS bot and join ranked and they don't had skills to play and many trollers and throwing the game and they do this when i say to them i am in promotion

i refuse ranked system because if any one had a luck and win first 5 or 6 games

he go silver 2 or 3

why !! from this 5 match if some one lose them we will be in bronze 4 and he should win more than 30 match in row to go out from bronze tell me how

and u reward for who play 13 game who play in the last time of the season and he got luck in first matchs

and don't give a reward to who play more than 650 & 1400 match's ...

The system is effective at placing players in their skill levels, until the effects of toxic players intervene.

The only way i can see an end to the "ELO Hell ultimate omega reloaded: 2 color!" is to ALSO match up players based on their toxicity.

When a toxic player enters the Que, do NOT que him until you have 9 other toxic players to que with, then create an even LOWER tier than bronze. I can imagine the ranked system being damn near exactly like this: (First section is current, Second is what it should be)

i have 213 win / 233 lose and still in Bronze V !! Go To Bronze IV and back again to Bronze V ! and i was played with bad teams and trollers !
