Open .swf files in LoL lgn folder?

How can I open and convert .swf files from the C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.202\deploy\mod\lgn\themes

I am compiling as many as possible and a lot of the older ones only come with .swf files and not .flv. I would like to be able to convert the .swf to .mp4 or some other type of video file.

I've tried several converters, even opening the swf in browser, and inspecting elements for a video file.

If anyone has a working method for this, I'd greatly appreciate it(Or the original .flv files for some of the older LoL login screens (Zac, Zed, Zyra, Super Galaxy Rumble, S2 Championships, Yasuo, Syndra, et cetera))
