Suspended after being harrassed and trolled

During a game, there were these two people that obviously knew each other and were harassing my team and I. But it got out of hand when one of the players began to mock me repeatedly because of my cousin that had recently passed. After the game they reported me for absolutely no reason, and now my account has been suspended for 14 days. I find this very unreasonable and is there something that can be done to make this right? Please respond if you have any info that could help in this kind of situation, thank you.
