Hello, don't know where to post so I posted here :3 ! I wonder who is eligible for unlocked accounts with all contents, skins etc. I heard that pro players then streamers and youtubers do, but what are the conditions ? Is it written somewhere^^?

Youtubers and streamers do not, only pro players during tournaments
Unlocked accounts effectively don't exist. Since there have only been a few circumstances where it was possible, and they all have very high bars.
But to answer you're question: there is no official way to get an unlocked account for regular use.
