Can there be a way to not get screwed in promo games?

Every time i get to promos, (Especially for gold) I always get the biggest trolls ever. I dont see a lot of trolls on my way to promos but once im there dear lord its like riot just unleashes them onto my team. just had an all adc comp and i just gave up on the game. Another time when i got to gold promos i had a riven mid who just fed the entire game. and after that game i had an dc from the start but couldnt remake the game for some reason. I know that there is no way to fix this problem unless riot actually looks at the games and goes hey this guy is getting screwed every time he goes to promos. And i know most of you will just say get better or some other bs thing but these games become unwinnable as soon as i am in my promos.
