Um... I don't think watching someone plat will get them out of bronze. That is, unless you give them verbal tips as well, such as the mental things you have going on in the background, E.G. telling them when someone burns flash, you know that they won't have it back until xx:xx, whenever your team takes dragon, you say the time on that... etc. A lot of what separates low elo players from high elo players is knowing your timers and matchups... And, of course, mechanics. Can't forget those; they're pretty important.
