Question about Legacy Vault.
I read that championship riven and dragonblade riven are no longer available, does this mean completely or just not available until the chamber of secrets opens up

CS Riven is a Limited skin, not Legacy. That one will not be available at any time and cannot be obtained through Hextech Crafting or Mystery Skins (though it could change in the future).
DB Riven is Legacy, though, and you can get her through Crafting and Mystery Skins, and it may also become available in bundles or for events.
