Regarding Champ Sales- Attempt #3 due to they keep telling me to put this in a different section

I know many players appreciate the sales on champs and skins, yet I had a thought regarding the players who have little to no ability to purchase RP. I understand the cash services help to fund services. During champ sales, if a percentage was also taken off from the IP cost, those without RP or unable to get it would have a slightly easier time gaining access to those champs. Even if it is a small percentage, I believe it would have a strong impact for those players. Just a thought that crossed my mind, even though I purchase RP each time I see something I like.
