Hi, just needed to ask why my account was banned? The IGN and summoner name is "Sarcodin" region is NA. I never received an email from Riot about being banned, just when logging in says the account is permanently suspended.... Thanks in advance for the help.

The fact that you included that last sentence makes this seem like a copy + paste response, not actually focusing on what his question is saying.

I understand that he said he didn't receive an email; however, sometimes the email may be lost in other emails/spam. It was more of a 'hey, check your email twice just to be sure, and if not, ask Player Support for help regarding your account.

Working in customer service, these kinds of things really irk me.

Sarcodin1 votesThanks for the response. I received no emails at all, neither spam nor anywhere else. When I try to log in it mentions that an email was sent but.... never got one.

Riotmoonstones1 votesYou'd need to contact Player Support for anything regarding your account. They'd be able to explain a bit more why the account was suspended. Keep in mind that it is rare that we remove bans and suspensions.
