Normals and team builder could be good but they are not

They are actually unplayable if you are like me and try to get better at the game or actually just try to have a fun even game. If you are a derppy person who doesn't even know how to play the game and just goes around doing whatever for fun then team builders fun since you dont care the game is a 20 min borefest. But me I dont like that I actually want to just play the game with what champ or role I want against players that will make the game fun and back and forth. But in reality I get into a normal or team builder and get people 2k elo apart playing against each other and one sided stomps. If I play a new champ in team builder I get the new champion garbage and get matched against all garbage players and have good players, I play without it I get all garbage teammates and all good opponents. There is no inbetween and that is what makes it unplayable. Its actually bad enough to where I cant play normals or its just unfun as fuck waiting for your team to surrender while all 0-6 that you see coming from pre game because of the difference in player skill. Now im resorted to playing new champions on my main and fucking my elo or playing on a smurf and fucking dumpstering noobs and making the game unfun for them. Wish we had developers who gave a shit about the game instead of the derps who just wanna move around in game.
