Statistics monitoring program.
Is there a program that I can get that let's me see O/Tab screen info on my second monitor in game, so that way it's always up?

I'm sure you could find something but one of two things would happen
1- (just like the curse voice dragon baron timers) Riot would say "Sorry you can't use that. it's a third party program which is not allowed, Even if it doesn't break anything, so we will add it our self's. Then everyone would have access"
2- You would get banned for using a third party program.
